How do I obtain a tracking number for my order?
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at hello@watershed-home.com.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped within 7 business days. Shipping is available in the continental United States. Watershed ships with UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. We currently do not ship to international destinations.
What is your return policy?
Watershed is committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 14 days of the received date for a full refund. Please email hello@watershed-home.com with your return request. Items must be returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note that all sales on discounted items are final.
